Noemia Trading company was born because Noemia paved the way. Our company is named after our great grandmother’s trailblazing story with coffee. It all started in 1918, when our great grandmother Noemia inherited the Rancho Fundo coffee plantation in the southern part of the state of Minas Gerais – Brazil. As a woman ahead of her time she thrived in managing the estate bringing forth the idea of self-sustainability along with some incredible innovations. Noemia became a pioneer in maintaining a profitable coffee production in the region for over nine decades. Our family has known and loved coffee because of Noemia. Today, we source specialty coffee from all over the world and, like Noemia, our coffee blends have the power to influence, to inspire and to create change.

How Often Do You Roast
We roast at least twice per week. Generally on Monday and Wednesday.
What do you mean by Roast-2-Order?
Roast-2-Order means that if you did not order it, we did not roast it
Why Does Roast-2-Order Matter
Roast-2-Order matters because some very accurate calculations pertaining to yields, forecast totals, and available inventory need to be performed to ensure real freshness. Without those calculations, your coffee simply won’t be fresh. We do this in real time at every moment of our roast process and that insures that we only ever make exactly what’s ordered.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order typically ships the next day, however we reserve the right to take an extra day to do the job well.
